We were three couples on a Valentine night out and could not stop taking about what a good time we had on the 40 minute drive home.

Chef Jean Pierre is quite miraculous - he is exceptionally charming and gracious while he demonstrates the most formidable and expert chef skills. One of my favorite classes! Words fail me - the grouper was straight from heaven, the marmalade bread pudding divine, the potatoes, asparagus and barley celestial - a comestible religious experience. The Skills I learned were Very Useful. Watching Chef Jean Pierre present a cooking class is like being in the presence of chef royalty.

Chef is the greatest. I gave his book to a friend of mine in WA, D.C. She invited a few of her friends from the state dept. over to watch the CDs and they went nuts.
