Dear Friends & Cooking Enthusiasts

The most exciting event this summer is our Celebrity Chef Series. We will start the series with chef and restaurateur Ralph Pagano. Ralph is not only an accomplished Chef but also the host of his own Television show “Pressure Cook”. Ralph will join us June 10th, the evening promises to be fun and filled with awesome food. Chef Udo Mueller will join us June 18th, Udo is the old Left Bank Chef, Udo is not only a great friend of mine but without a doubt one of America’s finest chefs. Chef Mark Sulzinski will be with us August 25th. He also used to cook at the Left Bank in the late “90’s” and went on to open “Creolina’s” in downtown Fort Lauderdale is specialty in Cajun Cuisine. Be sure to join us for a “fun and spicy” evening and check our calendar for more details. Of course our new schedule could not be completed without our dear friends from Casa D’Angelo. Chef Ricky is the executive chef from CASA D’ANGELO, his handmade Gnocchi are the fluffiest and absolutely the best! He will visit us July 15th . Chef Angelo will also visit us August 12th check the schedule for more details. Be sure to reserve your seats as soon as possible since these classes are certainly going to sell out.

Throughout the summer we will be introducing many new menus and classes to the schedule. On May 29th we will have a first time class which I am sure you will enjoy - an Italian family style dinner with delicious Seared Scallops served with an amazing Creamy Polenta and also Leg of Lamb served with a Marsala Mushroom Sauce. There is a New Chicken Class June 19th where I will prepare a Chicken with Diane Sauce and a Pot Roasted Chicken with Indian curry.
