 Executive Chef Chris Wilber has been at Canyon Restaurant for the past 11 years as Chef and owner. He was born in Newfoundland Canada and has traveled the United States extensively due to his families military background. He graduated from New Hampshire College and spent 6 years in Boston opening 2 restaurants. He now resides in West Broward with his wife and 8 year old daughter. Canyon is an oasis of inspired Southwestern fusion awaits in Ft. Lauderdale. Canyon consistently serves an innovative and surprising array of modern Southwestern cuisine with Asian undertones.
