Dear Friends & Cooking Enthusiasts

I hope that all of you had a fabulous summer and looking forward to the temperature dropping soon so that it will feel like we are approaching another wonderful Holiday Season. I am excited to present our winter schedule, which will help you prepare for this Season. I want your Thanksgiving, Christmas and Chanukah to be full of great food for your friends and family to enjoy!

Here at Chef Jean-Pierre’s Cooking School we know that your Thanksgiving meal is a true gesture of comfort, friendship and love. So we will dedicate the entire month of November to this wonderful celebration.

Our most popular class for Thanksgiving is “The Traditional Dinner“ which is offered November 3rd, 12th & 18th. The Roasted Butternut Squash & Corn Chowder is one of the best soups I have ever produced and will be prepared during this class. The month is so full of delicious menus so please check the schedule for them and be sure to reserve as soon as possible. Seating is limited to 27 people per class so don’t delay! Also, please note that the Thanksgiving classes start at 7 PM and not at our normal 7:30 PM. Even though we are offering 17 Thanksgiving classes many of them are filling rapidly, so be sure to make your reservations soon!

We asked our Master Sommelier Eric Hemer to present a class on the best wines to serve on this perfect day. During the class we will, of course, serve you a complete Thanksgiving feast so be sure to come with an empty stomach!!!

Angelo Elia, chef/Owner of “CASA D’ANGELO,” will repeat his phenomenal truffle class, December 2nd and 3rd. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience one of the world’s most expensive delicacies. Also don’t forget that Master Chef and best friend Rob Sobkowski, will be doing his class on “Holiday Breads” November 15th and “Holiday Cookies” on December 6th, 13th and December 20th.
